Workout Week 2

After this workout week I’m happy to inform that my insulin dosage has lowered. I know only have to administer 5 units with breakfast, 10 units with lunch and 0 for dinner. On the other hand, I only put 10 units of the long lasting insulin to cover the high peaks during the day.

With zumba, and yoga I have more body strength and relaxation in order to not be stressed. A totally new better me. The secret is eating the right food, staying hydrated and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. I constantly strive to do 10 additional minutes in the daily workout routine. It’s also always good to have a snack around during the workout sessions in order to maintain a good sugar level to stay normal until the end.

In the mean time I’m staying healthy with regular blood sugar levels and hoping that my A1c results come back with wonderful magical numbers.
