After getting my test results back from the lab I found out that my A1c had risen a little bit from my last results in November, but lower than the one in May. So from a 11% A1c results in May, a 9 % in November and a 9.8 % in January a lot has changed in my lifestyle. During my visit to my endo we celebrated the lowering of these results which meant that I had done things right in the previous 3 months. Even though I am doing good now after 2 years of high blood sugar results, I know that I can do better in order to remain healthy. Many things have changed since my last visit to the endo, but now I just feel happy with the results I have reached. I am now working to adjust my insulin shots for every meal for the following two weeks to ensure that on my next lab results I will have my A1c down to 7% or even 6%. I know I can reach this goal if I set my mind to it and stay on track…Wish me luck! Until next time…
